To celebrate the physical activity component of this project Be Well at Work is offering 2 FREE ZUMBA classes for you to try! ZUMBA fitness is a Latin-inspired, fun, easy-to-follow, dance fitness class.
FREE classes taught by ZUMBA certified instructor Alyssa Christie. You can try 1 class or both. No RSVP required. Wear usual fitness gear.
